Please remember there are no quick fixes. Long term trading success requires a lot of hard work so this product is not for the short sighted. You further acknowledge and accept that you may make profitable trades in your paper trade account that you will wish were made in your live account, just as you may make unprofitable trades in your live account that you will wish were in your paper trade account.

Since Rogue Red, LLC, Trading–Wheels.com, or its products, do not control signal power, its reception or routing via Internet, configuration of your equipment or reliability of its connection, we cannot be responsible for communication failures, distortions or delays when trading via the Internet. You should always contact your clearing firm or broker directly for any questions on your account.

Limitation on liability
Rogue Red, LLC will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of the use or receipt of the Services including, without limitation, arising out of or in connection with any fault, error, interruption, delay, omission or failure (whether within or beyond Rogue Red, LLC's control); or any negligent act or omission of Rogue Red, LLC.
